3. Arrive at venue on time for your reservation and present the voucher you received via KakaoTalk or email.

2. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened depending on the following reservation schedule.

3. Massage and Facial Care programs are available for both men and women.

4. The Korean-style Body Scrubbing and bath facilities are for women only and are not available to male customers.

5. The Basic Body Scrub Course uses a shared public bath, while the Premium and VIP Body Scrub Courses include access to a private bathtub.

6. The treatment programs and order of services may be subject to change depending on the circumstances on the day of your visit.

7. Therapists are assigned based on the selected program and the reservation schedule on the day. Please note that the requests for a specific therapist may not be accommodated.
