How to use

1. Select your desired date and complete the reservation and purchase.

2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.

※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.

3. Please arrive at the Eland Ticket Booth at least 15 minutes prior, present your voucher, and fill out the boarding form.

4. Board the Cruise. 

How to go

• Ticket office Location: Get off Exit 3 of Yeouinaru Station (Subway line 5) and go down to the Hangang River Park → The Ticket office is located on the stairs before the dock.

• Search ‘ Eland Cruise Ticket Office’ on Google Maps.

After entering Yeouido Hangang River Park Parking lot 1, go straight and park in the dedicated cruise area (free parking)

* Please note that on weekends and during the Spring Flower Festival in April, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested, so please use public transportation whenever possible.

Notice

1. Please make sure to bring your passport.

2. If your desired reservation date or time is unavailable, our CS team will contact you via email.

3. The cruise schedule may be changed or canceled depending on the vessel’s circumstances and weather conditions. The cruise route may also be changed without prior notice due to local festivals or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. All passengers must complete a boarding form and show identification at the ticket booth to receive a paper ticket. (Mobile tickets are not accepted due to ID verification.)

* Boarding passes must be issued until 5 minutes before departure. Please arrive at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before departure. (Boarding is not allowed without exchanging the boarding pass.)

5. The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show, one of Seoul’s popular night attractions, operates only from April to October. It may not operate depending on weather conditions or decisions made by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. In addition, some parts of the cruise route may be changed without prior notice due to water level adjustments in the Han River.

6. Electric wheelchairs and electric strollers are not allowed onboard. (Foldable strollers can be brought if folded.) 

7. Roads and parking near the area can be very congested on weekends and during the April Spring Flower Festival, so we highly recommend using public transportation. (Reservations cannot be canceled or changed if boarding is missed due to traffic or parking issues.) 

8. Please carefully check your reservation date, time, and product, and read all detailed usage instructions. (Directions to Yeouido Deck, ID requirements, Usage instructions, and Cancellation policy) 

9. Except for previously announced holidays, cruises operate normally even in rain or snow.

* Cruises will be suspended when a notice is issued by the Han River Operations Headquarters (e.g. extreme rainfall, severe cold warnings, Paldang Dam releases exceeding 3,000 tons per second.) You will be notified separately once the suspension is confirmed.

▶ Cancellation Criteria

1. Paldang Dam discharge restrictions

– Operations are suspended if Paldang Dam discharge exceeds 3,000m^2/sec. (Service resumes when discharge drops below 4,000m^2/sec.)

2. Limited visibility

– Operations are suspended if visibility is less than 1km due to fog, heavy rain, etc.

– Operations are suspended under storm warnings or when wind speed exceeds 14m/sec.

3. Freezing or other safety risks

– Operations are suspended in the event of ice, drifting ice, or floating debris that poses a risk to safe navigation.

Refund Policy

• 100% refund if canceled by 16:00 (KST), 1 day(s) before travel date
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
If the travel date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, a 100% refund is available if cancellation is requested by 16:00 (KST) two days before (D-2) the travel date.
Same-day reservation changes or cancellations are not allowed.
