How to use

1. After purchasing the product, please check the voucher sent to you via email or KakaoTalk.

2. Within the validity period after purchase, please visit the ticket booth, have the barcode on your voucher verified, and exchange it for an admission ticket.

Notice

1. To ensure smooth ticket issuance and entry, please arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance begins.

2. Free parking is available for up to approximately 100 vehicles in the parking lot in front of the ticket booth.

3. Dogs are not allowed inside the performance hall. If necessary, they can be left separately at the ticket booth.

4. A designated wheelchair area is available. Due to the seating arrangement, wheelchair users may need to watch the performance separately from their companions.

5. Seats are not assigned at the time of reservation, and guests will be seated in order of entry. The venue has a total capacity of 900 seats.

6. The performance lasts approximately 60 minutes, and entry may be restricted after the performance begins.

7. Performance times may change or the performance may be canceled depending on the season, weather conditions, or insufficient attendance, even on the day before or the day of the performance.

8. This ticket does not have assigned seating. After ticket issuance, you may freely choose any available seat.

9. Entry closes once the performance begins, and re-entry is not allowed after leaving during the performance.

10. Changes to the date, time, or any other details cannot be made on the day of the performance.

11. Discounts cannot be combined.

12. Customers using travel agencies, group buses, or chartered vehicles are not eligible to purchase this product.

13. Alcohol and outside food are not allowed inside the venue.
