The fee was paid in advance, and I only put the 3000 yen change in the locker, but thankfully that wasn't stolen! I requested an aromatherapy massage, but the pressure was incredibly strong, so maybe acupressure would have been better? However, they did a thorough job and I was satisfied. It's scary to think I might have been charged 100,000 yen if I hadn't read the reviews. If you're going, leave your money beforehand! I recommend the massage itself. By the way, afterwards I went to the hair salon next door, and even though I chose the cheapest option on their price list, they gave me a really high-quality haircut, and I was very satisfied.

So I decided to get a thorough investigation! It's such a good hotel, so it's really disappointing when something like this happens. If you're getting a massage in Korea, I recommend taking your bag to a place where you can see it in the massage room.
