Aqua planet is next to the port to U-do island so if you have finished visiting U-do island you can visit Aqua planet. However you need around 2 hours and it closes at 18:30. If you have kids , Aqua planet is a great stop to get out of the sun. It has lots of strange and beautiful aquatic animals. The show was a slight let down as it was mainly acrobatics, but overall it was very enjoyable. Warning if you don't have a car, then getting there and back to the city can mean a long walk to and from the closest bus stop.
It’s a nice and pretty big aquarium! They have a wide variety of sea life and even have a sea lion/dolphin and acrobatic show which was interesting! It can get quite busy depending when you go though.
