Shinsegae Department Store has a decent, clean environment with many new facilities and a fairly comprehensive selection of items. Overall, it's quite good. There are also paid self-service instant noodles and drinks, paid massage chairs, and paid fish-shaped toy snacks... All these are booked by inserting a key, and payment is made upon departure. Other than that, there are no additional charges. The Busan Pass can only be used once; subsequent visits require additional payment. On-site purchases are more expensive, but Trip.com offers discounts compared to other stores. Online purchases of e-tickets are valid immediately.
Shinsegae is right inside Gate 4 👍🏻
Busan Pass is valid, full pass available
The venue is spacious and has plenty of room, and feels fairly clean
I especially loved sleeping in the hammock, it was so relaxing!
Spa Land Centum City — or as they call it in Korea, a Jjimjilbang — was truly a first-of-its-kind experience for us. It’s not just a spa, but a complete DIY wellness and relaxation experience spread beautifully across three floors.
The entry fee itself was value for money and even included a delicious ice cream (cup or cone) or a drink of your choice. The facility has separate male and female sections featuring sauna rooms, steam rooms, ice-cold pools, cold rooms, and various therapeutic relaxation zones — all extremely clean, organised, and well maintained. please note in these sections one has to remain naked no exceptions.
They also offer services like foot fish therapy, body scrubs, and Shin Spa massages at an additional charge, but the prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality of experience provided.
One of the best parts was the dedicated resting and sleeping areas where you can simply relax between sessions and completely unwind. Paid massage chairs are also available and are worth trying for extra comfort.
The in-house café is another highlight — neat, comfortable, and serving tasty food and beverages at very reasonable prices.
We spent nearly four hours there and absolutely loved every moment of it. By the end, we felt relaxed, refreshed, pampered, and completely rejuvenated. Definitely an experience worth trying when in Korea.
