How to use

1. Select your preferred cruise and complete your booking and purchase.

2. Check the voucher sent to you via mobile or email.

※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.

3. Visit the ticket office 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time on your selected cruise date. Present your voucher, complete the boarding declaration form, and go through the reservation and identity verification process.

4. Follow the staff’s instructions to proceed to the vessel and board the cruise.

1. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure and complete the boarding declaration form to board the cruise.

2. Please bring a valid ID to complete the boarding declaration form.

3. A digital image of your ID on your mobile device is also acceptable.

4. For minors and children, please bring a document for identity verification, such as a resident registration certificate or health insurance card.

5. Foreign visitors must bring their passport or a copy of their passport.

6. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted on board. However, as there are stairs inside the vessel, moving between decks may be inconvenient.

7. Cruises may be canceled if safe operation is not possible due to severe weather, Han River water levels, the discharge volume from Paldang Dam, vessel-related issues, or an insufficient number of passengers to meet the minimum departure requirement. In such cases, advance notice will be provided, and passengers may request a refund or reschedule their booking.

8. Infants under 36 months may board free of charge. Proof of age is required.

9. Bringing outside food and beverages on board is restricted. Please use the onboard snack bar.

10. The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain show operates only from April through October. However, it may not operate depending on weather conditions or decisions made by the Seoul Metropolitan Government. Some cruise routes may also change without prior notice due to Han River water level management.

11. Departure times may be changed or canceled due to vessel-related issues or weather conditions. Cruise routes may also change without prior notice due to local festivals or other circumstances.

12. The Milky Way Cruise is an alternative to the Starlight Aurora Cruise, operating on a modified winter route. The Starlight Aurora Cruise will resume its regular route when the Banpo Bridge Rainbow Fountain resumes operation.

Yeouido Mapo Bridge South Public Parking Lot · 350 Yeouidong-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul

This is the closest parking lot to the SEOUL CRUISE Yeouido Terminal. It may be crowded or full on weekends, public holidays, and event days.

2. Parking Lot No.3 · Alternative when Parking Lot No.2 is crowded

Yeouido Seogang Bridge South Public Parking Lot · 62 Yeouiseo-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul

Please use this parking lot if Parking Lot No.2 is crowded or full. Be sure to allow extra time for the walk from the parking lot to the terminal.
