1. After purchasing your ticket, please check your mobile or email voucher.

2. Present the QR code included in the voucher at the ticket counter.

3. Follow the staff’s instructions to enter.

[By Car]

Destination Search: 38 Dongbusangwangwang-ro, Gijang-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan (Near the theme park area within Osiria Tourist Complex)

Parking: A dedicated parking lot is available for visitors.

[Public Transportation (Subway or Bus)]

Via the Donghae Line: The nearest station is Osiria Station. After getting off at Osiria Station, it is approximately a 10-15 minute walk to the venue.

Via City Bus: Get off at Osiria Station, Lotte World Adventure Busan, or IKEA Dongbusan bus stop, then walk to the venue.

※ Due to circumstances at the venue, the attraction will be unavailable after 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 17.

– Guests must be at least 90cm tall to use the facilities.

– Children under 90cm in height are admitted free of charge when accompanied by a paying guest.

– Non-slip socks are required in certain areas(2F). (Available for purchase on-site.)

– Some facilities have separate operating hours. Please check the schedule on-site.

– For your safety, you must follow all instructions from the staff. Any issues caused by failure to follow staff instructions will be the guest’s responsibility.

– An additional fee of 2,500 KRW will be charged for every 10 minutes exceeding the allotted time. Payment must be made on-site.

– If the maximum capacity is reached, entry may be restricted and waiting times may occur. Refunds will not be provided for these reasons.
