How to use

1. Reserve the tour for your desired date.

2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.

※ Voucher will be sent after the operator confirms your reservation.

3. On the day of the tour, arrive on time at the meeting point and meet the guide.

1. Itinerary is subject to traffic & weather condition.

2. Please let us know if you are bringing a stroller. This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

3. Infant under 3 years old is free of charge, no seat available.

4. Sky Capsule Capacity : Each Sky Capsule accommodates up to 4 passengers and may be shared with other guests.

5. The actual boarding time for the Sky Capsule may be adjusted depending on the conditions on the day.

6. One day before departure, we will send you a reminder email between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM (KST). This email will contain a link to a group chat where you’ll be able to communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can not find the email, please check your spam or junk email section.

7. Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory may be closed due to inclement weather or safety conditions, in which case the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.

• 100% refund if canceled by 10 (KST), 1 day(s) before travel date
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
※ Tour date change(reschedule) after 10AM(KST) one day before the tour :
– A date change fee of 50% of the reservation amount will be charged. However, suppose you submit a medical certificate or prescription issued by a medical institution in the country where the tour takes places. In that cases, the fee will be waived only for the individuals specified in the document. The required documents must be submitted within three days of the original tour date(KST).
