Every day 09:00~19:00 (30-minute Intervals)
How to use
1. Complete your reservation for your preferred time.
2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.
3. Visit the location on your reserved time.
4. Present the voucher at the ticket booth and rent your school uniform.

Exit Jamsil Station through Exit 3, walk straight 700m toward Seokchon Lake >> La Femme Building, 4th floor
Notice
1. Please note that this branch is not located inside Lotte World. It is an 8-minute walk from Lotte World, so please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
2. The reservation is valid only at the Gamsung Jamsil Main branch.
3. You may try on up to two designs, with unlimited size exchanges. Additional fees apply if you try on more than 3 designs.
4. If you try on but do not rent any uniform, a fitting fee of 15,000 KRW will be charged.
5. Costs will be charged for any loss or damage to the uniform upon its return.
6. If the product is not returned, CCTV footage will be reviewed, and legal action may be taken.
7. When renting, one form of ID (ID card, passport, or student ID) must be submitted for 3 people. If submitting a student ID, a deposit of 10,000 KRW per person is required (cash accepted).
The deposit is used to cover any damage fees upon return and will be fully refunded if there are no issues.
8. Personal clothing you wear can be stored in the coin lockers on the 3rd floor (requires two 500 KRW coins; exchange available at the counter). Large suitcases cannot be stored.
9. If the uniform is not returned on the same day, an additional fee of 5,000 KRW per person per day will be charged.
10. During peak seasons, arriving late for your reservation may result in waiting times due to other reservations at the same time.
11. Same-day cancellations are not allowed. Free cancellations are possible until midnight the day before the reservation.

• 100% refund if canceled by 23:59 (KST), 1 day(s) before travel date
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
