Founded in Seoul, the Trick Eye Museum is a 3D optical illusion art exhibition where visitors become the protagonists in a new concept of cultural and entertainment space.

Trick Eye is shortened from 'Trick of the eye' and refers to a traditional art technique Trompe-l'oeil that turns two-dimensional paintings into three-dimensional images through the use of optical illusions. 

Trick Eye Museum is the world's first museum to apply AR(Augmented Reality) technology to artworks, now offering even more mind bending experience to its customers.

It’s a space where you can experience the world of Extended Reality through various 3D arts, AR from global films.

Unlike traditional art museums, the Trick Eye Museum is completed through the active participation of visitors. You can touch the artwork, take photos, and boldly step into the pieces to become the protagonist of the stories within!

With Trick Eye Museum Admission ticket, you can also enjoy a large ball pit.

1. Purchase the ticket.

2. Check mobile voucher or email voucher.

3. Feel free to visit on your desired date within the expiration period.

4. Check the voucher at the counter to enter the Trick Eye Museum.

How to go

[By Walk]

Exit Hongdae Station at Exit no.9 and walk straight for about 150m → Cross the street using the crosswalk towards Foot Locker → Move left towards Hongik University for about 95m → Turn right into the alley with Tonymoly and Nike, and walk about 100m

[By Car]

Search for ‘Coconut Box Cafe’ on your navigation, or enter ‘B2F, 20 Hongik-ro 3-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul’ to find Coconut Box Cafe in Hongdae.

1. Food and beverages are not allowed.

2. Only holders of same-day admission tickets can enter the museum, and re-entry is not permitted after exiting.

3. Refunds are unavailable due to visitor circumstances after entry.

4. Children not yet in school may enter accompanied by a guardian.

5. Trick Eye Museum is located inside Coconut Box, and a separate purchase is required to use Coconut Box after visiting the Trick Eye Museum.
