1. If the tour is canceled due to the situation of the oeprators, we will notify you via email 1~2 days in advance.

2. The tour will be proceed during the rainy days. Refund is impossible due to the rains.

3. This tour is not a private tour, the tour will be held with multinational guests. However, the guide language will be in English.

4. Record or take a video of the narrator’s commentary during the tour is not permitted.

5. Pets are not allowed, and there is no extra place for pets.

6. Reservation checking is unavailable on weekends and public holidays.

7. This is a walking tour. (Not moving by vehicle.)

8. This tour departs with a minimum number of 2 people.

9. Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour starts. We will not wait for lateness.

How to use

1. Purchase the tour and check the email voucher. 

2. Please arrive at the meeting time on the day of the tour.

3. Meet the guide and enjoy the tour.

• 100% refund if canceled by 18 (KST), 3 day(s) before travel date
• 50% refund if canceled by 18 (KST), 2 day(s) before travel date
• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
• No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
