Seat Information

How to use

1. After making a reservation on your preferred date, check the mobile voucher or the voucher sent by email.
2. Please check the tour course, which varies by month. Please come to the meeting spot by 13:00. Please find the flag below at the meeting spot.

3. After the tour, we will move to the SBS Prism Tower.
4. After waiting according to the staff’s instructions, we will head into the studio.

• After getting out of the exit 9 of ‘Digital Media City Station’ on the Airport Railroad Line, go straight for 5 to 10 minutes.
Then you will see the SBS PRISM Tower building. → Find the STAFF in charge after reaching the building

Notices

1. This tour is only available for foreigners (not available for Koreans).
2. Reservation might not be possible depending on the broadcasting station’s situation. If it is impossible after making a reservation, the CS team will contact you via email.

3. This is a tour led by ‘tour staff’, so admission by yourselves is not allowed.
4. You must submit your personal information through the link provided in the email.
5. Mobile phones must be kept with the screen facing down.
6. After entering the studio, it is prohibited to take pictures and record videos inside the studio, and if caught, all materials will be deleted and you will be forced to leave.
7. Personal behaviors inside the station are absolutely prohibited. Please make sure to follow the staff’s instructions.
8. Please contact the CS team (op@seoulpass.kr) by 16:00 7 days in advance to change the reservation date.
9. Re-entry is not allowed once you leave during the show.
10. We recommend using the restroom before entering.
11. Suitcases and large bags are not allowed inside.
12. Outside food is not permitted, except for bottled water.
13. You must provide your real name exactly as it appears on your passport or ID card.
14. Entry may be denied if the name does not match, in order to prevent ticket transfers and resale.
15. Guests under the age of 15 may enter only when accompanied by an adult guardian. (Children under the age of 11 are not allowed to enter regardless of guardian accompaniment.)
16. Seats will be assigned on the day of the event and cannot be changed arbitrarily.
17. The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by personal negligence.
18. For your safety, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
19. THE SHOW is a live broadcast program, and you may appear on camera during the broadcast. By participating, you are considered to have agreed to the use of photos and videos taken on-site.

20. If the broadcast schedule changes, the tour may be canceled, and only the show viewing may proceed.

* The tour course is subject to change in case of rain, heavy snow, or extreme cold.
* As the course includes several uphill paths, we recommend wearing comfortable sneakers on the day of the tour.

21. For the light sticks, please set them to a single color, as rapidly flashing lights or continuously changing colors may disturb the artists and other audience members.
For banners, if you are seated in the section directly in front of the MC area, please refrain from displaying banners with messages other than the artist’s name or expressions of support and affection (e.g. fighting, or I love you). Banners may be used in all other seating.

Advance Notice Regarding Identity Verification & Unauthorized Entry

1. Admission using another person’s ID is not permitted.

During the identity verification process, we compare the photo on the ID with the customer’s current appearance to confirm their identity.
If you attempt to enter using someone else’s ID, admission may be denied even if you claim that you are the person shown on the ID.

2. No exceptions are made for differences in appearance due to plastic surgery, makeup, photo retouching, or other reasons.

Some customers may claim that the ID belongs to them and explain that their current appearance differs from the photo due to plastic surgery, makeup, or photo editing. However, identity verification is conducted based on basic facial features and overall appearance.
Therefore, we may still be able to verify your identity even if your appearance has changed significantly. If we determine that it is difficult to confirm your identity because your current appearance differs from the photo on your ID, admission may be denied regardless of the reason.

3. Customers who may have difficulty passing identity verification are advised to prepare additional documentation in advance.

If you are concerned that you may be denied admission because there is a significant difference between your ID photo and your current appearance, please prepare an additional form of identification or other photographic materials that can reasonably verify your identity in advance.
At the venue, we will make every reasonable effort to verify your identity and assist you based on the submitted materials, within the scope of what can reasonably be accepted.

4. No refund will be provided if admission is denied due to unsuccessful identity verification.

If we are unable to verify your identity because your current appearance does not sufficiently match the photo on your ID, admission may be denied, and no refund will be provided as a result.

5. If admission using another person’s ID is confirmed, admission may also be denied to the actual owner of the ID if they visit at a later time.

When admission is ultimately denied at the venue, it is not uncommon for the actual owner of the ID to later visit the venue with the same ID and attempt to enter.
In such cases, admission may also be denied. Therefore, please do not lend your ID to another person or attempt to enter using someone else’s ID.

• No refunds will be issued after the period specified above.
